THE BRIEF

Vanity project produced by an online brief generator. “The Phoenix” is an urban farm-to-table restaurant located in Bangkok, Thailand. The mythical firebird and also the namesake is the source of inspiration behind the logos concept. Known for their mostly bold and spicy cuisine, the fire represent more than just the legend’s flames but the heat commonly found in the food. Inspiration struck the hardest with a character found in the Thai script for the word “phoenix.” The shape of that character uniquely symbolized the shape of a bird and a bowl captured it all together.
